2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Service appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations require reasonable advance notice as agreed upon at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or crew availability.

3. Payment

• Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to applicable fees.

4. SMS Consent & Messaging
